近日亚马逊全球开店的官方直播出了一期有关POA的节目，小编觉得很有必要给卖家整理出来。旺季到来，出单量巨大，亚马逊一方面会加大审查产品安全表现、另一方面接到买家负面反馈很容易就下架产品，要卖家提供POA。
触发POA的原因主要有以下几方面：
当系统抓取到买家留下了负面内容,会发送绩效通知给卖家，告知卖家商品因为安全问题被投诉而下架。

背景：儿童平板电脑，买家留下negativereview (如下图) ,伤到了买家的孩子,并且在review下面还附上了受伤的图片。同样是被系统抓取到,绩效团队发送通知给卖家,商品被下架。

1.For sourcing, we are sourcing the product from a trusted supplier. The chargers and batteries suppliers provided are tested and got the CE certificate. Please see the attached CE certificate of charger and battery. In the future, before purchasing any battery or
charger from our suppliers, we will do chemical test on samples, making sure the metal elements is under the standard quantity limit,all the circuits are correctly and firmly fixed so that they are safe for our customers. ;
2.For listing, we have checked the detail page again and also let our engineer check the description from their stand of view. We aresure the product is accurately described on Amazon. We have ensured that there is no ambiguity and the customer is well informed.3.For shipping, we have laminated the package and improve the packing material. Adopt solid box packaging material so that theproducts will not be damaged during shipping. Also we have optimized transport boxes for long distance shipping by adding more foam for the outside cases to decrease the collision so that products can be protected well. We have updated our packaging by fllingthe package with foam so that the product will not be shaken during the shipping process. All these actions will help reducte thedefect rete of the product during shipping.
4.For product testing, we have taken steps to ensure that the product is safe to use. Currently we are requesting stricter QC test foritems shipping from our suppliers. We also have our own QC team to check in the factory before shipping, aiming to ensure that allthe items are brand new and work perfectly. In the past, we randomly check 5% of the batteries per batch to simply see if productswork properly. Now all the products will be done 6 hours aging test, which can check the safety of battery. All the products should pass the test before being shipped to FBA. Otherwise, we will not send them to Amazon FC.
5. For labeling, all the tablets have two layers of protecting film. On the first protecting film, we print a few words to suggest thatcustomers use the original 5V 2A charger and do not use the tablet while charging or in humility environment.
