产品认证的要求有很多种，而对于去美国电子产品来讲，FCC的认证是必不可少的认证。

一、FCC简介

FCC的由来

Federal Communications Commission，美国联邦通信委员会的简写，根据美国联邦通讯法规相关部分(CFR 47部分)中规定，凡进入美国的电子类产品都需要进行电磁兼容认证，也就是FCC认证。

FCC认证类型

Certification(认证)、DOC（符合性验证）、Verification（自我验证或声明），要求逐步降低。

哪些产品需要FCC认证？

有IC、机板、发声的产品，工作频率超过1.75M的产品都要经过FCC及IC认证，
带马达（磁力线圈类部件）的产品，频率超过0.9M的都要经过FCC及IC认证，
由于频率难以确定，上述两类产品都要做认证，而不管频率多少。

不同类型产品的FCC认证模式

无线遥控产品：需要做certification，发射部分需要拿到ID号
其他电子类产品：需要做SDoC，获取有资质的第三方实验室报告。

FCC标识

产品及包装上（或说明书）都需要FCC及IC标识，分别要求如下：

带无线遥控的产品上的标识:

A 发射产品上: ID XXXXXXXX.可以用贴纸或丝印等方式，

B 接收部分的标识如下（30MHz以下的接收器不用加贴--参考FCC15.101）：

Trade Name:(品名或公司名)

Module No. （产品型号）

布标、丝印移印、贴纸（贴纸必须是过胶或胶质的,且粘贴牢固）等。

其他注意事项

不准贴在电池盖等可移除的部件上，可张贴在底座等不影响外观的位置.
包装上标识的文种与其他包装文字文种对应, 产品上则可只要英文如彩盒是英法文的,则也需要英法文.

二、什么是FCC SDOC?

FCC SDOC介绍

美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)在2017年11月2日官方正式决定，把DoC & VoC 计划正式变更为SDoC，目的是为了简化FCC认证中无线装置设备的认证流程和明确电子标签使用规范。

SDoC的全称是Supplier's Declaration of Conformity，设备供货商 (注：该供货商必须是美国当地的公司)将对符合规定标准或要求的设备进行检测，符合规定的设备需提供相关档 (如 SDoC 的声明档) 向公众提供证明。也就是说，只有美国的公司才能出具SDoC的宣告信，非美国公司 (包括实验室，制造商等) 都不能出具SDoC宣告信。

FCC SDoC实行日期

FCC SDoC已在2018年11月2日全面正式实施。2017年11月2日到2018年11月2日期间过渡运行期，在此1年的过渡期间内，企业可继续使用 FCC VoC 和 DoC 认证程序或者直接使用新的FCC SDoC认证程序均可。一年过渡期后，FCC SDoC认证程序将正式替代原有的FCC VoC和DoC认证方式。
