今年亚马逊卖家深受物流的困扰,不仅要担心运输途中的问题,还要担心上架慢错过季节。谁有货,谁上架快,谁就能先人一步。而当FBA热销与仓库上架衔接不上而断货时,想想都觉得心累。
在库容和发货数量的双重限制之下,卖家多次少量发很难无缝衔接不断货。为了备货,很多产品原本可以走海运的产品,只能通过空运及时补货。运费变贵的同时,上架时效并没有保障。
进了旺季后,上架时间会更不可控。物流很快,就是迟迟不上架;后签收的全上架都快买完了,先签收的货物还迟迟不上架……这些情况将会打乱旺季大卖计划。
开case向客服催促上架,客服万年不变回复一句“我们无法人为加快进度”。货代也坦言:没有牛逼的渠道,只有耐心的卖家。
眼睁睁看着断货,旺季只能卖个寂寞,卖家只能等?试试这3个办法。
通过亚马逊官方物流AGL渠道发货
AGL空运起飞到入库,仅需7个自然日。需要注意的是,开通AGL功能后,卖家可以根据需求来任意选择发货渠道。
灵活选择卡派或快递派,选择西部地址
卡车派送上架通常较快,基本两天能接收完。但根据卖家的反馈,卡派现在比较慢,卖家可灵活调整,选择走快递派。
发邮件给亚马逊仓库,催促上架
将催促邮件发送给仓库,邮件地址下面抄送亚马逊。具体操作如下:用店铺的主邮箱写信给亚马逊仓库,催促他们帮忙将货物尽快上架。
仓库邮件地址:peterboroughbookings@amazon.com
抄送地址:vsemeski@amazon.com.
以下是催入库的模板供参考,大家根据实际情况进行改写:
